News From Home is a collaboration between visual artist and sociologist Luke Conroy (Australia) and documentary filmmaker and visual artist Anne Fehres (The Netherlands).
This ongoing project aims to explore the meaningful yet often overlooked or omitted stories of a community. These stories are explored through in-depth research, community collaboration and observations that are captured through a range of media including photography, digital art, writing and video.
News From Home has been undertaken in Taiwan, Germany, The Netherlands, Denmark, Iceland, Russia, Finland, Spain, Czech Republic, Bulgaria and Italy.
